 The reason that you will not find prices displayed for the tours we offer, is because prices vary according to group size, type of vehicle, season, pick up/drop off location, etc.

Please make sure that you have correctly included in your message all the necessary information such as number of participants, location, arrival date and time.  One of the most common mistakes is quoting the departure time of a flight as the arrival time in Greece. 
It is very important for us to know not only how many persons we will have to accommodate but approximately how many baggage (number and size) you will have as well.  European vehicles do not have very large luggage compartments so please be sure that you give us correct info so as to provide you with the appropriate type of vehicle for your needs.

Contact us as soon as possible if there are any changes (e.g. in the number of participants, in your arrival/departure details etc.).   If you do not send us a notice regarding changes we will assume that all information you have already sent us is correct.  It is very important that we have your correct travel details.  

All changes have to be acknowledged and confirmed by P.G.T. either by e-mail or fax.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

For your own safety be especially wary of very “attractive” and low cost deals and offers. The persons posting them may be operating illegally.  Make sure that the tour company you select is certified by the Greek National Tourism Organization.  All legally operating tour companies are obliged to have their license number displayed on their website.
